Werkstudent Finance / Buchhaltung (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student or part-time team member to support our finance department as a Working Student or on a Minijob basis (up to 538€). In this role, you will become an integral part of our daily financial operations, gaining hands-on experience with modern cloud-based ERP systems like Odoo while maintaining the flexibility you need for your studies or personal schedule.

Your core responsibilities will center around supporting our day-to-day accounting processes, which includes checking and pre-booking incoming invoices, digitalizing receipts, and maintaining accurate master data within our system. Additionally, you will assist the finance team with payment transactions, general administrative tasks, and the preparation of monthly financial reports.

To be successful in this role, you should ideally be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on finance, or possess equivalent initial commercial experience with a strong affinity for numbers. You have a structured, precise, and reliable way of working, alongside a solid command of MS Office, particularly Excel. Prior experience with Odoo or other ERP software is a welcome bonus but not a strict requirement, as we provide thorough on-the-job training.
